EmployerOne 2024 Report

EmployerOne is an employer survey that is promoted to industries across the Waterloo Region and the Counties of Dufferin and Wellington.

Moving to a bi-annual survey after the 2022 survey concluded, the Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington Dufferin (WPBWWD) continues to survey local employers to discuss:

• skill needs;
• practices around recruitment and hiring;
• separation activity for the past year; and
• proposed future hiring trends over the next 12 months.

This report summarizes those findings.
