Job Title: Project Assistant (3 month contract)
Applicants must be between 15 and 30 years old.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Primary role is assisting the existing project officer with current projects under development including Manufacturing Day. Engage employers or other organizations through presentations about current projects. Compile data, statistics and other information as required. Report on project deliverables including issues encountered. Participate in marketing development and promotion of projects. Assist with administrative duties for projects.
Will be supervised by the Executive Director. The Executive Director will provide day to day support, training and mentoring. A review will be held halfway through the employment term and at the end to review progress with the Executive Director based on feedback from other staff and community partners.
