Access Student Talent to Help Your Business or Project

Do you:

  • Have projects to complete but require support?
  • Want to build a strong talent pipeline?
  • Want to work with a College or University student but don’t know where to start?

If so, then the Access Student Talent program may have solutions for your business! Working with a post-secondary student could help you with your current talent challenges and enable you to be more productive, as well as provide you with a source for new innovative ideas.

The Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce (GKWCC) has partnered with the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER) to help connect small businesses with our local post-secondary schools - Conestoga College, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University. The Access Student Talent program makes it easier for small businesses to engage with a student for work-integrated opportunities in a variety of low or no cost ways.

Are you interested in learning how a student can help you? Please contact Allison Mitchell, Program Manager, Access Student Talent at the GKWCC for more information on how a student could help you!
